Charge is interesting, but after mending touch snares either had to be able to quickly reapply cripple or switched to hex based snares. In either case, charge just isn't that great. Its certainly not a bad skill, its just not worth having to put points into a new line.
Fear me is still pretty terrible. While it increases average damage and makes spike damage closer to the top of the curve, it does not increase the top of the curve at all. For such a meager average damage increase at the cost of a skill slot and adren, its just not a good skill.
Coward + Thrill is an interesting combination, though this really is a gimmick and it came around earlier with steelfang, which I suppose it can use steelfang again.

Ok so you have strong opinions on everything, whatever works for you. Charge & fearme were run in monthly gvg matches & subsequent ATs since, so people find them worthwhile enough to play. And thrill of victory is hardly gimmicky; it can either be considered too good, or fine as tactics version of power attack with longer recharge and +2adren, but there isn't anything special about it. Steelfang coward was a gimmick because both skills powered each other...thrill has nothing to do with any other skill, you push a button and if you hit you gain adren.

Except Vocal Minority but why do you use a sword for crits

I switched to tactics now b/c of Soldier's Stance in PvE. IAS and Blocking at the same time? That sold me off. Working on a build with it to spam SY. Also thinking of uses for it in PvP. Overall the update got me to switch.

Cyclone Axe, Whirlwind Attack, Dismember, Thrill of Victory, Soldiers Stance, Fear Me!, To The Limit!, Save Yourselves!
16 axe, you get bonus health from TTL, and are blocking 14/15 seconds.
Zealous axe is needed if you bring Thrill of Victory, replace with Agonizing Chop if you dont want to use zealous.
3+1 strength, 4 vs 13% Armor penetration is overrated.
12+1 tactics.

I don't think any of this stuff is worth losing the sentinel's insignias over, or gimping bulls, e-charge or rush...

I use Sentry Insig in place of Sentinel. Grants +10 general armor whenever in a stance. Does little against elemental damage compared to sentinels, but stacks with physical armor at least. It's something at least and I'm content with it.

I'm loving soldier's stance + to the limit.
Losing your elite for IAS is kind of annoying but the blocking really helps in PuGs and to the limit will get your combo started right away.
Been pretty much exclusively using it with hammer builds because with the new hammer updates you can get nice strong hammer builds without using your elite slot or a third attribute.

Well imo, tactics still sucks for warr primaries in PvE. It seems like for the most part the buff to tactics hasn't really made too much of a difference for PvE use on warrs, although now it's seen more often in PvP (coward axe for example, which at this point is rather popular).

With Dreadnought you just get 10 less armor against elem ...... and if you are going to face a bloody lot dmg from elemental sources then you should use something else to stay alive . Not a big deal trust me but Hammer skill Criticals with 10% granted AP are cool ....

Wait... pugs like it when warriors give up earthshaker or godmode in order to have a blocking skill? Boy am I glad I'm not pugging anymore unless there's no other option.

Save yourselves isn't god mode, every warrior build doesn't need to bring save yourselves.
And you're afraid of losing earthshaker? Crude swing/whirlwind attack and yeti smash or even just a high rank great dwarf weapon and AoE spam would work just as well if you actually find a PuG that lets you ball up the enemies in the first place.
I'd say I'm glad you're not pugging anymore but honestly I'd still rather play with elitists that probably wouldn't let you run a build not on PvXwiki than the much more common just plain horrible players that never bothered to learn how to play well.

It's not that PUGs gave up on anything, it's that they never contain a prot monk, making a blocking stance rather ok to have, especially this one. To The Limit is an amazing adrenaline booster that more than makes up for the lower damage due to low strength.
Also 100B > ES or DS
